| Thank you to Ian my buddy on Dive 1 and Squirrel and Killa for joining us on dive 2, without which, I may well have gone over the 42mins acheived, especially as I set off in completely the wrong direction when looking for the exit. The water temp was a fresh 4C but the water was clear and the company good. Hope you enjoy the pickies, Yes it was fantastic to get that close to a sturgeon, sorry you weren't there hob nobby. A great dive!!! lots to see, hence the amount of photos. Congratulations to our new divers!! Having passed their Open Water Course today, welcome to the divers of Proscuba.

| sorry about the width on these posts, ive tried to correct it but can't find the culprit! Our forum is 1024 wide to suit most screen widths. If someone post wider than about 700pix we often get some cropping. now i'll post something...... | |

| Congratulations to our newest Open Water Divers So welcome to our newest divers, Steve, Rachael, Andy and luke. With possibly one of the coldest weekends I've ever had qualify students on, all four did very well to complete! Dry suit leaks and weight problems were taken in thier stride. So once again well done and welcome to the world of scuba diving. There are already quite a few pictures added by people, but here are mine from yesterday. Thank you to the whole team, including Squrreil, Emma, Zoe, Killa, Will and everyone else for making a great weekend smile and wave | |

| Many congratulations to all of you. I hope you will still come out with us when you can. I hope Papa told you how lucky you were to see the sturgeon. I've only seen it twice and I've dived Capers tons of times. | |

| Hi to all at Pro Scuba. Many thanks for the support and friendly welcome you gave us. So pleased to have qualified, and can't wait to try it all out in Egypt (in the warm!) . Special thanks to Smudge and Tink for being patient teachers, and to Killa for the tow. You've opened up a new world that we can't wait to explore. Keep warm on the weekend Luke! Chose my username based on the fact that I've only just warmed up! Will definitely be coming on some more diving trips. Take care. Rachael. | |

| Well Done you guys for qualifiying..... i take my hat of to you...as it was a little on the cool side of 4deg c. We had good dives: dive one em steve big rich and teresa 16.9 metres for 50 mins (why oh why we stayed in so long) but we saw loads, cant remember in which order. second dive we managed 16 m for 40 mins but knowing i had leaked i couldnt stand anymore, it was the longest 3min safety stop i have ever done. Oh Dobs, we saw him at last, on the first dive. isnt he magnificant, so really pleased about that too, and some really good pictures taken by everyone, im gonna have to start practicing!!!! QUESTION: DID ANYONE SEE THE HOLE / BURROW NEAR THE TRAPEZE - IS THAT THE PLUG HOLE???? PA PLEASE ELABORATE!!!! thanks to rich and teresa for van sharing, the toppin up of cylinders and the use of Megan as the best baby sitter in the world and as always my buddy X great day out | |

| Welcome to the forum, glad to here you've warmed up Just think next week, nice warm water in the Red Sea. Have fun and safe diving, see you when you get back. Don't forget a write up of your adventures. Mrs Nobby - the hole you mentioned as always been there, its history is very interesting. Ask yourself why does it not fill with silt? I could only find one pictire of it to show people what you mean. | |

| Maybe we can find a scaffold pole to see how deep it is with a proscuba computer attached? Smudge is an expert at shoving them into the unknown, like clogau wales lol . | |

| so whats the history of the hole then .. is it a burrow for some sort of alien species .it must have some sort of strange power those who see it surface on oposite side of quarry .. it must throw out compass readings | |
