Well how do we start.... after having seeing some pictures of a very icy access road to dotty from yesterday I didn't think we would get there. But the ever thoughtfull pappa armed himself with a large bag of gritsalt... an d yes we got onto the site with no problems
The down side to the day was the very heavy rain, made horiztal by the heavy wind
I'm sure some of the others will tell you more - but we did two fantasic dives... even if James spent most of the two on other peoples air

The Start of the Hob Nobs Tour 2009 began as only a hob nob tour could!!! yep ICE WIND RAIN and LOW CLOUDS, but boy what a fantastic site Dorathea is and two really great dive's wish we had done dotty sooner can't wait till we can get back for the next one, hopefully the weather will be better. the down hill stroll to the lake is well worth the effort, so many different levels within the lake to try but so glad we had a great well seasoned dive guide to show us the ropes wouldn't recommend just going along without prior knowledge it is deep and dark, thanks Pappa for the tour. A few skills practised thanks to James free flow and needing alternate air source...!!! on a couple of occasions. The Vis was amazing 20 to 30 mtr easy. Here are a few sample of my pictures What a great bunch of people to dive with.
Remember diving is mostly wet but so much fun.....
