St Lucia 2010

I'm back and at work, sob sob .

I will get some photos of the holidays on here. Hopefully will put some on tonight.

Pappa- I got you some shots of a turtle or two. Plus on one night we were graced by seeing a leather back come on shore outside the terrace to lay her eggs. She was huge and stayed on the beach for a couple of hours. A wonderful sight and we are so lucky given that they are such a shy animal.

As promised attached are a few photos from St Lucia..over 500 were taken so plenty more to go at...across 20 dives. Three with my new buddy can you guess who??



Thought I'd best mention the surface water temp was 31C and the temp at 20m was 29C. There were some exciting drift dives with a very strong current, not quite Devils Bridge, but close.

Hope you enjoy as much I did taking them..

Looks like you had a fantastic time, great photo's. Love your new buddy, hope she's gonna do some here too.

I will put on every shot I have of the turtles tonight.

It looks unlikley that she will be UK diving as the water temp is not quite the same. Although she has promised that she will attend Ponds Forge now and then to keep on top of the skills etc...

Sorry but we only saw two in the water, obviously there was the large leatherback on shore one night but no photos were allowed.
