Blue Lagoon Tuesday 14th April

Steve and I popped over to Blue Lagoon yesterday for a couple of dips as the crumbs were elsewhere.

We thought it would be a really good idea to try out the compass and practice a bit of navigation.

Now i know you all say its not an exact science underwater but we were way off.

We looked for a tank .........and found the Sturgeon (which i preferred)

Looked for a boat and found a lorry!!!!

it just went on and on.....so we thought 'ok lets take it back to basics....lets just navigate a square :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: based on 10 fin kicks .... well what can i say..:!: :?: talk about belly laugh. We obviously need MUCH MORE PRACTICE.!!

Nevermind though, the sun was shining, there were only about ten divers around, i discovered that placing 1kilo in my bra instead of my pocket works a treat ( thanks for the tip Mrs Frog) , we saw a fleeting glimpse of the sturgeon....its big isnt it! and I had a cuddle with Scuba.

We have the bug so bring it on proscuba i want more .............
