Anyone ever dived here?

Been there for a few days this last week and noticed (a) Clear water (b) Easy access (c) Interesting rocks/cliffs on/near the water (d) Seals in the water - suggesting plenty of food for them (e) Boards everywhere telling you about the interesting stuff that lives in the water including basking sharks,dolphins and a host of other smaller beasties (f) Stories of lots of wrecks.

It wasn't that expensive to get a car over (about the same as going to Nemo I think) and loads of empty places to stay out of season (ie. cheap) , seemed to have all the makings of a good dive trip but wondered if it was well known?

I'm pretty sure that RoHo Independant dive club (the original club) went a few yrs back, maybe you could get the info you need from them. Think it was a popular trip too

At the right time of year the IOM is regarded as one of the UK's top dive spots. Famous for the Basking sharks encounters around its waters, an ideal venture, and like you say just a short trip, ideal for a weekend.

Scott Waterman's boat, out of Bangor runs regular trips over there.

An oportunity for someone to organise a trip maybe or maybe a joint venture with another dive group.
