| Bimble in Dotty Not sure if you can or should have a bimble in Dotty....but I managed one today.Diving from Menai blown out, skipper Scott called it yesterday, so it was into the Bridge Inn, drinks on said skipper, then off to the curry house followed by another pub with singer on, then back to hotel bar. Couple of large reds with Julie P  Nearly lost our little Julie to a local cheesemaker, but unfortunately he was not in her league, and too young!  So after a full English breakfast (in Wales) we met up with the rest of the group at the other hotel and after transferring 4 cylinders and Julie herself from Tim's Vito van to my car, to help with ground clearance, we set off for Dotty. Just one dive there. 45 mins, 24m. So a nice bimble was had by 7 of us down to the 22m area, left until we arrived at the tunnel, around the huts....ice cream cone still there... round to far side to come through the tunnel. Out by the Xmas lights. Little swim into the basin between there and the exit. Lot of discarded stone there and possibly an eel? I saw something slither between some rocks. Then took a 270 degree heading back to the steps, not so many small fish in the shallows today in the car wrecks. Vis reasonably good, not at all green now, just a little stirred up in places. Just 3 divers in there when we arrived, few more went in after us.           Taken with Fuji f600 | |

| So let me get this straight...Julie overloaded the van and she had a cheesy man after her lol...  So shallow short dives today....mm need's work guys got to be an hour's dive times two to be Dotty divers...Think Sheelagh and I need to organize some deeper dives for longer to break you in properly  Nice to see my Ice cream is still there though....  | |
