Photographs 2011

Any ideas for photos this year, maybe starting again with a monthly topic ?

I think everyone really enjoyed all the pics last year, even those of us that dont take many.

How about (Trains), Planes and Automobiles - plenty of thoses above and below water - or 'Transport' in general.

Sammy suggested Architecture, so that'll be a challenge underwater.

Could do Macro/small objects.

Or a' Guess what/who this is' - where you just show a small part of an object/person

Anyone else got an idea?

Just cos ure all moderators- some of us aren't and so dont see half of what is being said!!!! you just need to be careful where stuff is put as there are other people who like to be able to contribute. I didn't know that the moderator corner was to be used for discussion of topics that concern everyone in proscuba not just the select few

Think we need to all calm down to be honest, Andy didnt mean to post it in the moderators corner.

I'm not being specific about this 1 post. It has been one of a few threads that I have found out later that have been in the moderators corner that I would have liked to know about/needed to know about but not having that privilege, couldn't be involved. Its just a possibly badly worded request that thought goes into the position of some post.

Can I say apologies to everyone please for the bad feelings caused by my post earlier.

I merely placed it in the wrong area by mistake, it was intended for open suggestions on photography purely because I don't take very many but I do enjoy looking at everyone elses work and I'm genuinely interested in what the other people get up to.

Personally I found all the photographs from last year shared by you all very interesting.

Once again my sincere apologies to everyone.

I had just thought you were running an idea past Smudge more than anything before putting it out to general viewing, I can't see any problem with that.

Sometimes we need a little reassurance that it is OK to start a topic, why not run it past the Greenies first?
