Stoney Cove 26/10/10

Stoney was rainy today for mine,docs, sams and toms first dives back in england after egypt

Our first dive we set off to find the new wreck (Belinda) , we dropped down and swam across to find the wreck, from their we went to the defiant and then on to under the pub and saw the loc ness monster . 45 minutes.
Our second dive, with 2 divers down from wussiness. We surfaced swam to the hydrobox bouy and went down down the line to the top of the hydrobox, after trying to get the deepest depths we could then on across the sand at 34 metres and a ascent up were we saw 1 rather big pike fish and another reasonably sized pike fish . getting out at the bustop with everyone with alot of air if we were to carry on the dive.

I only have a few pictures all of them pretty rubbish, il just add the one of smudge which isnt amazing.
Hopefully doc and sammy will have some better photos .

Thank you to all concerned , especially Smudge and Jason, for making a cold wet day at Stoney into another great days diving. 2 good dives to the 3 wrecks and then the Hydrobox. Sam and Tom apologise but have been feeling a bit under the weather with an Egyptian bug, hence only the one dive for them. Charlie hit 60 dives today with a visit to the hydrobox.

I think that picture of Smudge in Black & White is awesome.
